"Help. Yesterday my 2002 Mercury 50 elpt worked fine. Today it won't start. Will not attempt to crank. Just a 'click' when turning the key. Yesterday while on the water I notice a slight 'tingle' on my right arm when driving the boat with hand on throttle and arm against metal, like a very slight electrical shock. Any ideas on how to fix this proble--was the slight electrical shock related to motor not starting today. Thanks."
