2002 merc 50hp 4 stroke stator issue???

I have a 2002 mercury 4 stroke 50hp el start 4cyl it wants to stall when its accelerated. anything over an idle is just no power shakes spudders. when I pull the #1 or #2 spark plug wires the engine dies. when I unplug the cyl 3 or 4 it runs the same. I checked the ohm on the coils both coils are with in specs. the stator was low on one test and high on another. ill get the numbers when I get home and post them I forgot to bring the paper in. I have rebuilt the carbs and fuel pump. replaced the fuel filter. brand new plugs. then replaced plugs again with new ones since I have gotten a bad plug in the past. all the same issue. any ideas? im almost positive its the stator I just want a second opinion. btw the boat is an 02 but it only has at most 100 hours on it. I bought it from an older guy who used it 3 times then sat in his garage.
 
Do a proper spark test with an inline spark tester set at 7/16". Test each cylinder separately, and make sure to have the un-tested plugs either still in the bore, or properly grounded. Un-plugging plug wires while the engine is running will damage the ECM.
 
ok so I bought a new stator installed it. same miss. so I checked the timing. its right on. I ohm the new stator out and its reading super high on the yellow yellow wire and way low on the grn/wht wht/grn test. any ideas? where can I buy a stator that is good?
 
ok so I finally received a good stator installed it and same issue. im getting weak spark on the bottom coil. I have ohmed the stator out everything is good. I unplugged the rectifier and no change. unplug a coil pack power wire and it dies. its at 15 degrees on idle, and stays at 15 degrees at wot ??? all I can think of is ecm??
