2002 merc 40 hp 4 stroke efi will not start

I go out once a week, last week motor turns over will not start, checked for gas, spark, today put av gas in no luck, pulled 1 of 3 plugs to see if flooded, decided to turn it over to see if gas came out, it started on 2 cylinders, put plug back in will not start, what the heck? thanks

To see if it is consistent, pull plug back out and see if it starts.
Wild guess, if it starts again, then must be electrical.
Go from plug, to plug wire, to coil, to electrical box.
At electrical box, I am lost (I am no mechanic) BUT maybe this will help:
