Has anyone seen thru block cor

Has anyone seen thru block corrosion on f90 or similar models?(unfortunately I have-today)
Noticed what sounded like exhaust gasket failure upon further inspection in the area of oil filter relief-small pinhole leaking presurized exhaust gases. 2200 hrs on motor. Just wondering what to do next?
