2002 DF140 Check Engine light Flashing

I have twin 02 DF-140's..M

I have twin 02 DF-140's..My port engine has a check engine light flashing as follows..3 space 2 and then repetes itself.Occasionally it goes out. I just purchased this boat and engines.I am not familiar with 4 strokes so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy fishing.
 
Code 32 indicates fuel restric

Code 32 indicates fuel restriction. Could be a bad sensor or restricted fuel filter. Also if you ran out of gas it could trigger it. Before you go too far in checking it out try resetting it by unplugging the sensor and reinstalling it. It should be on the front of the intake manifold. It is located at the front of the engine as you look from inside the boat. Hope it helps.
