2002 90hp johnson ..loading up at take off

had sparkproblem repaired at the tune off 625.00 bad powr pak.....runs great at idle and high speed...seems to be loading up on acceleration and will cut out ..not all the time..is there an adjustment on carbs i can try..625.00 was a big hit with 2days economy..any input would be helpful..thanks joe
