2002 90 hp 2stroke

Does this engine have an oil reservoir in addition to the vro supply tank? will not go above 1500 rpm but main supply tank is full and bulb is hard.

Only one oil tank.-------------Sounds like it is running on 2 cylinders.-------------Motor new to you ?
