2002 9.9 2 stroke carb.

hoping someone can help.... I took my carb off and when I was cleaning a ball bearing came out. I don't know if there is more than one or where it fell out of can some one please help?

The ball bearing is part of the primer assembly it goes in from the bottom the small spring pushes it up to make a seal.

Yes, and if you don't get it back in correctly (and sometimes even when you think you did and it moves) the motor runs like crap since that little bearing stops it from flooding (it blocks the flow of gas directly into the throat/carb body - that primer system bypasses the float/main jet).
