2002 70 horse 4 stroke johnson need elctrical help

I am looking for wiring schematic as I'm attempting a change over on my pontoon, my original setup was a 2000 40 mariner 2 stroke outboard. We are upgrading to a 2002 70 horse 4 stroke johnson, my problem is that i dont have wiring schematic for this engine nor a manuel can anyone help or guide me in the right direction thanks in advance Hank.

That might be a bit messy, as that engine needs a harness with separate alarm cables all the way from engine to instruments. You will need a 'System Check' harness and instruments. You may use just a 'system check' alarm instrument or a tach with built-in alarm driver. You may find a lot of the color codes in this document (page 16):
