2002 50 hp wiring problem..

Hi all, I’m new to this forum and Mercury motors.
just bought a boat with this motor on it, motor runs fine, but found this wire bundle burnt and wire not connected to each other. Looks like it has been this way for a long time.
Can anyone tell me where they go and to what they power?
Wondering if I should replace the wires and or the whatever they attach to.

Go Advanced,click manage attachments,it'll open a separate window.Add file,it'll open another window,select file,click the pic you want to upload,click open, click done,pic should upload.Caveat :),that's how it works on my system
 
I have been trying to upload a photo file to my posts but I think my files are too big.
i do everything right, but they still won’t upload.
Dont know what else to do. I’m using an iPad so I’m not sure if it works with this site.

Are you signed in? If so, look for the little blue globe with the red X. Just to the right is a little Square with dotted corners. click on that and a window should pop up. Choose browse after you select the picture "From Computer." That should work.

i am signed in, I click on the box, a window opens, I select my photo album, I select a photo, I click “upload”, the wheel spins, but nothing happens after that. No photo shows up. I think the file is too big for this site, but I don’t know how to make it smaller on my iPad. Oh I go to manage attachments, see the photo thumbnail, click on it and it disappears but no photon shows up in my post.
so I guess I’ll have to take the motor into a local shop and bite the bullet.
