2002 350 Mag MPI vibration when turning

Hi all,
launched 2002 350 mag mpi this morning. When cruising noticed a outdrive (I think)vibration when turning left or right. I could feel it at idle but it is more noticeable at higher RPM's. No vibration when going straight. Took boat home and pulled drive. Props turn freely, u joints feel good, alignment tool slides in perfectly and gimble bearing also feels good.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Ayuh,.... Yer symptoms sound like either the gimbel bearin' or u-joints,...

If the gimbal bearin' Feels smooth,... Change the u-joints,....

The true condition of the u-joints can't be told, til taken apart,...
