"I am haveing a problem with my 200HP. I thought It was a fuel problem so I replaced the filters and cleaned CARBS and rebuilt fuel pump. It turned out to be a trigger Assy. The engine
starting reving higher,but it is in the normal range . But after I am running and then anchor for a while the boat will start OK.And idle OK run at Idle, Then when the throttle is applied it bogs out. I can rev the engine in neutral ok. Then all of a sudden its ok and runs great."
