Hello folks,
Would anyone be able to tell me how this diagnostic tool is wired? It appears theres two wires in the bottom of the wiring harness (clip that connects to boat) that become shorted out into one green wire. I attempted to recreate this with no success of reading codes. Is there a diode or something under that black heat shrink?
