2001 Stingray 180

I have an 01 stingray 180 and am having an electrical problem. 3.0 mercruiser. I have power to the starter, can control the stern drive as well but there’s no power at all at the gauges. I’ve tested the fuse block below the dash and it’s completely dead. I’ve also tested the 50a on the top of the motor and no power either side there as well? Is there another fuse somewhere that I’m missing, or any ideas would be appreciated!!

Should be a square fuse mounted at starter with positive cable directly from the battery.
