2001 Nissan 25C3 lower unit issue

I finally got my motor back after having some repairs done (head, head gasket, base gasket and coil) and took the boat out this weekend and it ran great until we headed back to the dock. The motor started making a lot of racket when in gear, none when in neutral. It still ran and we limped back to the launch. When I got it home and looked it over I noticed that when the prop is rotated it looks like the shaft is out of round. My question is, if the prop shaft is bent, what other damage is likely to have been done in the lower unit?

Often caused by dropping the motor on the prop, bending the prop shaft. Otherwise, could be due to running through debris. Likely has a leaking prop shaft gasket.
