Motor idles & runs fine out of water. Motor idles fine in water. But when under load it bogs down and shuts off.

it is not running fine out of the water.----Sounds like it is running on 1 cylinder.----test spark.---post the actual compression values.

Okay, will do. The other day on the water , it ran perfect for 10 minutes. Could give it full throttle. When going past half throttle it shuts off. I will check spark and compression and post again.
