2001 Mercury identification help

I just bought a 2001 Baymaster, has a 2001 Merc on it. Listed as 0T271286 200L CARB. I can not find this listed anywhere, looking up models for parts, manuals, anything. Could someone explain what is going on? I found 2001 200L EFI's
