2001 Mercury 115 hp 4-stroke idle problems

I have a 2001 Sea Fox 215 with a Mercury 115HP 4 Stroke EFI. It is running rough. I thought it was a fouled plug at first so I put a new set in and still have rough idle and some stalling when I pull the throttle back. It runs rough all the way up to about 3500.rpms. I have changed the primary fuel filter and plugs. I pumped the gas tank out and put fresh gas in with some marine stabil and some dry gas. My buddy came over and we scoped the TPS and he said it graph line was smooth all the why up to WOT. Key on Engine off TPS .698 volts @ idle 3.723 volts @ WOT. Engine running cold TPS .708 volts idle. Fuel pressure Key on Engine off 42-46 psi. Fuel pressure engine running 37-40 psi. Are these numbers in spec? He also wanted to know about the MAP sensor:confused:.

Alan, Welcome aboard.

Check your fuel line from the tank to the engine. If it is the gray small diameter fuel line and it is old, chances are the inside has collapsed. I have seen this problem with the fuel line cause all kinds of problems from what you are describing to an amperage over draw warning.
