2001 5.7 PCM HO

Hi all. I'm new to inboard engine boats and after our first lake test oil pressure what on 50 while idling and up to 60 when running. On the other end the engine temp would not reach 160F it stays at 150F-140F. Is this normal?

it depends...you asked a question without providing critical details. Those of us reading are not on your boat and can't see or hear anything going on. The big items are: 1) what version of cooling system is used and 2) for 'is this normal' comparisons you need same data items from both engines.
