My 2001 30hp Merc 2 stroke doesn't want to lock into shallow mechanical tilt properly.
It looks like the problem is that item 18 pins wont lock into the clamp bracket properly & they are out of alignment. I have noticed the plastic sleeve item 21 is not the best but however i reassemble the unit it wants to do the same thing.
Any idea what the issue might be?
