2001 225hp EFI wont start

All started Unit was idling fine. when to give as died wont re-start had to be towed.
will start by increase throttle(not in gear) but when decreasing back to normal dies right away wont
re-fire by the way no alarms. checked filter before high pressure pump. got plenty of fuel there.(under pressure)
no blown fuses either.

Has anybody put a laptop on this mtr to see if you have any codes? That's the first thing I would do.

going to shore this weekend with PC to see if there are codes or not.

got codes out of EMM 37, 27, 47 and 48
oil/water, low battery, AT malfunction and AT lower then expected
