2001 225 Optimax No Start

I have the above motor that will turn great but will not start. Checked kill switch, cleaned the water separator compartment adding a new fuel filter. Battery strong well charged. Have 80 psi air off compressor. Don't receive system check beep when key is turned to on; however, 15 seconds after this I receive a beep and fuel motor starts, and beep stops, the fuel pump stops, then another beep and fuel pump begins again. This sequence will continue until I shut the key to off. Have replaced relays and checked all fuses. Any ideas that would help me figure this out. No fuel in rail at correct set 90 psi so no spark. My brain is toast, any ideas? Regards, opti49er

Manually power the fuel pump and see if the engine starts. Leave the pump plugged in and push a jumper wire with a paper clip into the back of the weather pack plug through the rubber along side the red wire until the pump comes on.

An Optimax engine is simple engine to repair if you know how they work. The issue is....You need DTS or similar scan tool to check everything.

If you are turning on the Key and get nothing but the engine cranks it may be as simple as a bad ignition switch.
