My issue started with the engine not performing at full speed and shutting off while in neutral or even in gear. Concluded this was a Carb issue. Replaced parts on the Carb and I'm pretty sure I fixed this issue just to run into something else, that I'm not quite sure what it is. When the key is turned choked or not the gear on the starter jumps up and down and after I turn the key off there's about a 5 second delay where the starter is still spinning and it sounds as if it is grinding in a way. Could really use some guidance here, I'm not made of money, just need to get my butt back on the water. I made a video of the issue but I can't seem to upload it. I'm trying to work out the issue.. any ideas?
