2000 Yami F80 Trim Sticks up

I know this may be on here but

I know this may be on here but I thought Id ask
I have a tiller 90 and when you run the trim to the top it sticks and you have to release the screw? What can I do so this wont happen

"What is happening is an item in the pump called the shuttle is sticking. Its a plunger the moves back and forth and it releases the pressure to allow the cylinder to retract. To repair this item requires disassembling the trim. If you stop before it reaches full up, it will not stick."
