"When I start my engine the steering wheel shakes, turns left and right about a quater turn repeatedly until the engine is turned off. The shaking is quite bad - the whole boat moves. When the engine is restarted the problem goes away. It seems to do this about every 3rd or 4th time the engine is started.
The boat is a Campion Chase 580i bow rider.
Any ideas on what this problem might be?"
