"Hello- I changed the oil, ran the motor and the oil was milky again. Any advice would be apreciated. It is a used motor I just got. Top spark plug electrode was rusty . Motor won't idle down below 2000 rpm even with max adjustment . thanks in advance- Ray- Gloucester MA."
