I have a 2000 9.9 2 stoke which ran fine last year this year took it out of storage and the motor starts runs idles good but as u twist the throttle it does not rev up to plain speed just a dull burrrr I have good spark to both plugs that I already replaced I have 115 psi in bottom and 120 in top and I have already cleaned carb jets float diagram is all good also changed out the switch box/cdi no change any help would b great
