took boat out for first time on way back in pushed ignition key with my knee motor flooded. Got restarted came on in got home flushed motor sounded like one plug was fouled (I premix) . After that I changed my tilt piston which required tilting motor up fully I also put in new plugs gapped correctly. Tried to start motor and all it will do is spin over used plug tester had no spark. Talked with mech. I know checked kill cult no change checked photo sensor clean and in place he also suspects the ignition ran out of day light couldn't check i do have good digital volt meter but no book yet I also am mech. And elec. savvy just not boat motor savvy yet.

Just a guess, but since this happened after you tilted the motor, one of the connectors in your wiring bundle could have come partially unplugged. Just for the heck of it, take all of the connectors below the cowling apart one at a time, check for corrosion, clean, and snap them all back together, especially the ones that go to the power packs, coils, and main bundle connector. After you do that, see if she fires! Sometimes the most simple things kicks your rear, and this is something you should do yearly anyway. It is also good to apply electrical anti corrosion grease to these connectors as well!

Good luck!
