Installed new water pump but still no water coming through, is there a solenoid or something to check?

Impeller in right? tube clogged? could be a number of things. I replaced my impller 3 times only to find a piece of the old gasket clogging the telltale.

When you put the impeller on the shaft did you verify that key was driving the impeller ?---Is the seal for the water passage way in place ?-------Is the motor getting hot ?-------Tell tale plugged ?
