2000 johnson 7o hp VERY rough idle

I have a 2000 Johnson 70 hp (J70PLSSD) that idels very rough, it shakes the motor violently and after idleing for a few minutes it will load up and die. it will start right up after it dies. Runs good above 2500 rpms. I have rebuilt the carbs, replaced the fuel filter, new plugs, checked and cleaned all the wireing plug in's. Don't know where else to look. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

check the primer make sure the lever wasn't turned or is leaking.

Primer was leaking, fixed that, but it's still running the same.

Could a power pack cause this problem?

Step # 1 is a compression test on that motor.
