Hi everyone,
Trying to find out how to replace the uppers motor mounts on a 2000 Johnson 150 (J150VXSIF). I am putting a new power head on and can't find the procedure to put the new mounts on. Apparently it is common knowledge or sense which I am lacking. The new mount has a thick pulley like "washer" bolted to the back . It somewhat appears that the cowel mount shaft is what holds those "pulleys" in place. There is also a bolt that seems to hold that shaft in place behind the steering arm but nothing seems to move and need to get those mounts in before the power head is in place. Help!
