2000 F115 4stroke idling high

Just purchased a boat with twin 2000 F115 motors . Tachs were weather worn when I got it so i couldn't see RPMs. Replaced the techs and did the fluid maint on the engine and lower unit, plus the new water pump/thermostat.... when on the hose, the right engine is idling at 1400 RPM( I can see now with the new gauges) and the left is at the normal idle around 800 RPM.... New to the 4 Stroke world. Any ideas or ways to turn down the idle?? Anybody had this issue before and what was the remedy? Thanks in advance for all input....
