2000 Evinrude 9.9 oil leaking under bottom spark plug

Hello, this is a 4 stroke 2000 Evinrude 9.9, E10EL4SSE motor. I noticed a little oil puddle directly under the bottom spark plug cubby hole or valley after it was running for a while but can't really tell where it is coming from. Its not like the oil is gushing out or anything like that. It doesn't look like oil is coming out of the spark plug hole. The motor was sitting for about 7 years but after I cleaned the carb, changed the oil, and put a new impeller in it it fired right up and runs great. Thanks in advance for any input.

Having retired in 1991, I'm not familiar with the 2000 model nor the 4 stroke models, however this will get your post back up to the top of the listing.

The leakage you see.... is that raw oil such as what is in the sump of the engine, or does it look more like a fuel/oil mixture? Just wondering if possibly that bottom spark plug thread might be somewhat stripped.
