"bought a diganostic software

"bought a diganostic software and a interface cable for the evinrude 70 hp 4 stroke.ran a test on everything and everything showed to be ok. start the engine runs ok for about 2 minutes and starts to idel rough and dies. it willnot start until it cools off about 45 minutes. i have checked all sensors with ohms meter, all show to be ok. could this be the em sensor giving a false reading when it gets hot? or perhaps the ctp sensor after engine warms up and it closes off? or maybe the ecm.
any help or suggestions will be appriciated. I`m stumped.

"My guess, pull apart the float chamber and electric fuel-pump. Clean the screen.
It is most likely caused by a fault not registered by the alarm/ECM system, which mainly leaves it to fuel supply related."

"THANKS FOR THE REPLY. WE FOUND THE PROBLEM. A VENT HOSE HAD BEEN PLACED ON THE AMBENT AIR VENT, CAUSING A VACUUM ON THE IAC VALVE. REMOVED IT AND NOW ALL LEFT TO DO IS ADJUST THE IDLE RPM.
