"Evinrude four stroke 15 HP. Engine bogs down when you give it throttle unless choke is on part way. It idles well and revs well when choked. Removed and cleaned carb, did not solve the problem. Any suggestions??????"

I had this on a 3 cyl 60hp. Remove the drain plug from the lower front of the float bowl. Use a screwdriver (modify if you have to) that just fits inside the thread size of the hole. Way inside behind the plug is a jet that is not visible except through the drain hole. Thread it out and clean it. If you didn't know it was there you would not likely find it when cleaning the carb the first time.
