bought boat at the begining of season motor is extremley hard starting when cold and very rough idle. brought to many repair shops they said they fixed the problem but it still remains any ideas thanks jason.

I guess you already checked th

I guess you already checked the compression. I would use a timing light on each cylinder to see if you are getting a timing jump. Mark the flywheel for TDC on each cylinder and then check each one with the engine running. If it bounces around you may need a new ECM.
