2000 0X66 200HP hi pressure fuel spec

Looking for the hi pressure fuel spec idle and 2000+ RPM suspect pump is on its way out just want to confirm, thank you in advance.

35.6 psi measured at idle RPM one minute after the motor has been started.

Thanks I am only getting 30 PSI and idle while in gear is ruff almost feels like its running retarded will not plane going to check where fly wheel is at with #1 at TDC

Timing checked out good O2 sensor had a lot of carbon build up I took it all apart and cleaned the housing that it screws into replaced O2 sensor still have the same problem no power RPm will not go over 1500. I checked TPS has 0 volts showing at idle and WOT I ordered a new one but want to make sure nothing else would stop voltage any help is greatly appreciated.

Fuel pressure only changes with manifold pressure. Nothing else.

Found the problem broke wire in harness from the TPS boat runs wot 6300 rpm over 60 mph thanks for all advise much appreciated .

Red wire on TPS is power supply will be max 5.3 volts measured to ground for future refference
