On my rebuilt powerhead for my 1989 Evinrude 200XP the port cylinder head has casting number 333809-4 and the starboard is 333809-3. Yet BRP parts shows only 1 part # for both heads(0397860). They look identical to me. The heads I kept off the old powerhead were are also -3 and -4. Is there any difference between the right and left heads?

Thanks

If anyone else has a V6 of this vintage, let me know if yours has different numbers on the P and S heads."

"The casting part number is the same, but they may have used different molds, or the mold itself may contain several 'rooms' identified by the last suffix."
