A late model (2 years old
A late model (2 years old max.) 2 stroke Mercury outboard goes forward when turning the tiller handle to the reverse position and it goes in reverse when turning the handle to the forward position. This is a newer model outboard that does not have a shift lever on the side of the motor.
Any idea how fix it? I think the previous owner may have switched it on purpose?
