I dont know much about outboards so any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.
When I start the engine, it doesnt pump the water through for a few minutes and then it starts doing it out of nowhere. Engine does get hot while I am waiting for the pump to start working and the exhaust being produced is very thick and smoky. If I try to move at this time, the engine starts choking itself (tan, tan, tan, tan) and starts shaking pretty strongly. Once the engine warms up, I have no more problems. It starts and runs perfect, but if it cools down again...
