Hello, Any help would be greatly appreciated. I ran my boat out in the napa river which is
powered by a 1999 Suzuki DF50 and it was just maxing out to 3000 RPMS
and that's it. Then engine light appeared on tach and alarm sound right
after. It repeated all the way back to dock. Any ideas what the problem
could be? 220 hours on hour meter;last serviced at 100 hours;bogging
down when running...idles rough as well; all this just occured out of
the blue??? Arrrrhhhhggg bummer..
Ran the boat just now and running fine with ear muffs. So when I turn ignition to just on key positon the rev limit indicator BLINKS 5 times....? DO you have any idea please?
