1999 Mercury EFI 225 HP 2 stroke,replace impeller

I am new to the group,I have owned a 1995 2452 Bayliner and have done all the maintenance on it myself. I now have a 2000 Robalo 2640 with 2 Mercury 225 outboards. Having a issue with the temp on one of the engines and I need to replace the impeller. I have done it before on the rear drive of the Bayliner,I have a manual but it doesnt explain to much,just wondering what the steps are to remove it and what I need to look for,shift cable,speedo,etc. It looks pretty simple.
