1999 Mercury 150 hp winterizing

Going to winterize my motor it has oil injection. After spraying fogging oil into carbs and killing the engine, do you drain the carb bowels for the winter lay-up , gas is treated with marine sta-bil . Thanks

In most cases I run a winter mix thru the engines fuel system first

Do you drain the carburetor or leave fuel in for the winter lay-up?
