I can find nohing except parts manuals for leaf assemblys troubleshooting

motor won't start, plugs fuel foul, sometimes will start but will only run momentarly with throttle all the way open.

I do not think that is a reed valve problem---------------If you have spark that will jump a gap of 7/16" on all cylinders , then the carburetors must be taken apart for cleaning.-----Not hard to do at home !
