1999 johnson 25 no spark

First crank had slight spark on bottom cylinder, no spark at all now, have install new power pack, and have tried with the black and yellow disconnected nothing and check fuse. Where to go from here should I remove the yellow wires from the rectifier? The motor does have a new old control box installed recently but work after it was installed don't know if it is related.

it would be a 2 cylinder motor

Make sure grounds are clean and secure.--------The charge coil and sensor coil are under the flywheel and the ohm readings can be taken without removing the flywheel.---------Report the values.
