My father recently died, and he left me his 1999 BF40 on a pontoon boat. The motor probably as 25 hours (or less) on her. I transported the entire rig back to Florida late last year. Since the boat sat for a while, I removed the fuel. I rebuilt the three carbs on the motor. am still getting inconsistent Idle with this motor. sometimes it will be 850 RPMs then it would ump to 1500 for no warning..Back and forth.
Do we have any ideas what could b wrong
