I'm having issues with a 1999 Honda BF130A.
The motor runs fine at idle and low throttle, but will shake and sputter when I try to throttle up from there. Once it starts sputtering, I'm unable to push past it.
If I turn the motor off and then on again and throttle up immediately it runs fine.
When slowly throttling down from full throttle, the sputtering happens again and does not stop until I throttle down close to idle. At this point, it needs to be turned off and on again to throttle back up again.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated!
