1999 70hp 2 stroke top engine mounts

I have just bought a 1999 70hp 2 stroke and after mounting it onto my boat I noticed the engine could be pushed back and forwards about 15mm .It would seem the top engine mounts are no good? .I’m assuming you need to remove the powerhead to replace them .Is there a manual that shows you how to do this or a video .Any advice from people who have done this would be appreciated
