I have a 1999 rinker 330 and t

I have a 1999 rinker 330 and the port motor runs ruff with a very loud vacumm noise from the throttle body with the air cleaner on. Inspected and cleaned the air cleaner. When I slightly rev up the motor it pings and has no responce and the vacumm noise gets louder? Things I should be looking into or fix? Other motor runs perfect. Thanks

"intake manifold gasket, bolt fallen out of throttle body, pcv valve gone/broken hose... all that sort of stuff. if it has that sort of vacuum leak enogh to make it ping, don't run it until you find the cause."

Checked PVC when running and it is pulling very hard at that point as well, it should have a small vacumm but this thing will hold a bowling ball up?"

"its a huge vacuum leak... which you already know. unless you can see clearly where its coming from, this becomes just a matter of methodically disassembling from the aircleaner back until you stumble on the bad gasket/ hose/ missing bolt etc thats doing it... does this thing have an iac motor thats jammed full open ?..."

"the solution will be intuitively obvious as soon as you rattle it apart. if its injected, it has a device for idle air... an iac motor or an aux air valve or something... get a schematic out of a book , see whats there, take it apart and check the pieces. thats the only way its going to get fixed."
 
IAC muffler it goes into the t

IAC muffler it goes into the throttle body its white its a mesh it falls out and onto the throttle plate and disappears when you rev the engine because it gets sucked in its a cheap part
 
I replaced the mufflers in bot

I replaced the mufflers in both but the one motor still sucking large amounts of air that make it sound like a shop vac and has no throttle responce.

"Not set up for that, but just read a thread on a guy with the same problem but didnt say what the fix was, it is a loud vacumm/hissing noise directly from the inlet of the throttle body it gets louder when the drive is loaded and has a sluggish responce to throttle, disco the pvc hose from the valve cover and that is pulling very hard as well with no change to the motor rpm????"
