1998 mercury 200HP EFI

Where is the water separating filter located on the engine----what does it look like & is it hard to change ? I have a cont. beeping that gets louder as you rev the engine---was told to change filter.

Port side with senor connect to bottom...if you discount wire Beeping should go away..... not hard to change
